How Oil Sludge Treatment and Disposal Works?
Oily sludges refers to the mixture of heavy oils, including crude oil, various refined products, and residue. It is not naturally occurring but results from accidents, improper operations, outdated equipment, corrosion, and other factors related to oil extraction, refining, transportation, and usage. The oil, soil, water mixture forms when oil leaks to the ground, depositing in oceans, lakes, and riverbeds. Harmful to humans, plants, and aquatic life, it poses challenges in land restoration.
