The project is 1200t/d (phase I 600t/d)sludge drying project in Chongqing, Sichuan Province, China, using disc dryer drying technology reduces sludge moisture content from 80% to 30%.

In 2020, Chongqing Luohuang Sludge Disposal Center project was officially put into operation. The project was total contracted by TIC Technology Co., Ltd.

The project was listed by the National Energy Administration and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment as a pilot project for technical transformation of coal-fired coupled sludge power generation.
