The sludge drying system of this project is planned at one time, and the scale of the whole plant is 1200t/d of sludge per day (80% moisture content). The process workshop is designed and constructed at one time.

The project team moved in on November 10, 2019, and entered the site for installation and construction. On March 1, 2020, the stand-alone machine was energized for commissioning, and on March 20, 2020, the drying system was put into online trial operation with mud, and on April 20, 2020, it was fully handed over to the owner for operation. So far, the system has been running stably and normally. In the case of delays in the construction period of the civil construction unit in the early stage of this project, we worked overtime every day during the installation and commissioning process. During the Spring Festival, the new crown virus epidemic was encountered again, and the construction of the project did not stop, and it was put into operation ahead of schedule, which was affirmed and praised by the owner.
