The project is constructed by TIC Technology Co., Ltd., with a construction scale of 500t/d. It adopts domestic advanced sludge drying and incineration technology, utilizes the advantages of thermal power plants, and uses low-grade steam as a heat source to dry sludge and sludge. (Moisture content 80%) to dry to below 40% moisture content, and through the circulating fluidized bed boiler to incinerate thousands of sludge, the project was rated as a demonstration project in Jiangsu Province. The project adopts a new sludge steam drying treatment process, which has the advantages of high drying efficiency and no odor. The moisture content of the sludge has dropped from 80% to 40%. After the back pressure steam turbine works effectively, the sludge is dried, and then the dried sludge is sent to the dry coal shed of the power plant through the belt conveyor, and then enters the circulating fluidized bed for incineration, and finally realizes the sludge reduction and Utilization of resources saves 5,200 tons of standard coal annually.
