Project Overview

The Luohuang Sludge Disposal Center contracted by TIC and Huaneng Luohuang Power Plant. It is located in Luohuang Industrial Park, Jiangjin District. The total scale of the project is 1800t/d, and the main equipment adopts Tiantong disc dryer.

The project adopts the cogeneration mode of heat and power, and uses the high-temperature steam of Luohuang Power Plant to reduce the moisture content of the sludge from 80% to about 30% through drying treatment. Burn electricity. The high-concentration waste gas generated during the sludge drying process is sent to Luohuang Power Plant for incineration, and the low-concentration waste gas is discharged after being treated by a biological filter. After pretreatment, the waste water is discharged into the sewage treatment plant of Luohuang Industrial Park for advanced treatment. The project is an important part of the water pollution prevention and control of the Liangjiang River Basin in Chongqing. It is the core municipal public welfare facility to ensure the harmless disposal of sludge in the central urban area of Chongqing and the surrounding districts and counties of Luohuang. Demonstration projects, resource recycling demonstration projects, environmental protection education bases and important focal points for city image windows.
