Dynagreen Sludge Drying Project

The architectural appearance and landscape greening design of this project refer to the unique culture of Qiantang tide in Haining.There is a viewing restaurant on the upper part of the 80-meter-high chimney. The overall appearance is based on the "Oriental Pearl", named "Qiantang Pearl Tide Observation Tower", while tasting delicious food, you can have a bird's-eye view of the Qiantang River, and wait for the "tide rising mountain" to watch the ebb and flow of the tide.
As the general contractor of the project, TIC Technology Co., Ltd. provided a complete set of design process schemes, sludge disc dryers and other complete sets of equipment. After about 6 months of standardized construction, the project successfully passed the owner's acceptance and was delivered for use. The equipment is running stably and reliably.
Daily treatment of 800 tons of municipal sludge (300 tons of municipal sludge with a moisture content of about 80%, and 500 tons of industrial sludge with a moisture content of about 60%) is equipped with 8 sets of 100t/d sludge dryers.The annual running time is not less than 8000 hours. The public system is designed and supplied at one time according to the final scale.
This project uses municipal solid waste as the main fuel, and burns a certain proportion of dry sludge. By adopting advanced, reliable and mature waste incineration technology and equipment to treat waste and sludge, the "no waste" of municipal solid waste and municipal sludge is realized. harm, reduction and resource utilization".
The municipal sludge is dried to a water content of 40%, and the semi-dried sludge after drying is evenly mixed into the domestic waste incinerator for blending incineration.
This project uses the steam from the waste incineration power plant to dry the sludge. Under the conditions of ensuring safety, reliability, science and rationality, environmental protection and energy saving, investment saving, and economical operation, the final disposal goal of dry incineration is achieved. The treated sewage Mud realizes harmlessness, reduction, stabilization, and recycling.
