TIC will customize a special plan for each different sludge drying project, and conduct experimental analysis of sludge samples in the early stage to have more accurate data to support the special plan. The construction scale of this project is 100t/d, and the main machine adopts the disc dryer provided by TIC. The sludge disposal process of this project uses a disc dryer with steam as the heat source for indirect drying. The dried sludge (moisture content 40%) is transported to the garbage storage of the power plant by a fully enclosed scraper and mixed with domestic waste. The sludge and domestic waste are incinerated together to achieve reduction, stabilization and harmless disposal of dewatered sludge.
