On May 15, 2021, Tiantong New Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., at the request of the general contractor, hoisted and installed the main equipment of the Guangzhou sludge drying project. This project uses the original factory building for construction and uses the disc dryer of TIC Technology Co., Ltd.

However, the existing hoisting space is small and the hoisted objects are large and heavy. The distance between the structural columns of the factory hoisting channel is only 6 meters and the height is 4.4 meters. The height of the main equipment is about 3 meters and the weight is about 60 tons. Conventional hoisting cannot be implemented.

After completion, the project can process 200 tons of wet sludge (moisture content 80±2%) per day. The steam from the power plant is used to dry the dehydrated sludge.
