At 10 a.m. on June 28, 2023, the first sludge drying machine of the Wuzhong Biomass Comprehensive Utilization Project was successfully hoisted into place. This is the first independent sludge drying and incineration project coupled with a gas turbine that TIC Technology Co., Ltd. participated in. Based on the demonstrative and innovative characteristics of the project construction and the advantages of energy saving, pollution reduction, and carbon reduction, all It is of great significance. The SDK450D dryer used in this project currently has the largest daily processing capacity, highest efficiency and best stability in China. The hoisting of the first unit is an important node of this project and has received strong attention from all parties.

In this phase of the Wuzhong project, a sludge incineration line with a daily processing capacity of 2×400t/d (wet sludge with a moisture content of 80%) will be constructed. A total of 6 dryers need to be installed. The dryers are installed 16 meters away from the main factory building. Within the range of G-L axes/13-21 axes, the weight is 83t, and the double-machine lifting method of 500-ton truck crane and 200-ton truck crane is used.

Due to the high floor layout of the equipment and the narrow hoisting space, this hoisting operation is difficult and requires high operation.The two truck cranes cooperated with each other to smoothly deliver the dryer to the shipping track. The entire hoisting process was safe, orderly and orderly. The owner, supervisor, general contractor, and project management personnel stood by to supervise the entire process, witnessing the smooth installation of the dryer.
